As a valued member of the Greater Metropolitan Automobile Dealers Association (GMADA) , we would like to offer you an opportunity to generate FREE leads from our auto show!

Here's how to participate

  • SIGN UP for the Dealer Ticket Program by clicking the button below.

    • In the dashboard, you can customize your ticket with a logo and add a special offer (if you’d like.)
    • You designate a team member at your store to be responsible for receiving the leads.
      • Our partner, Adstrategies creates an email for you to send to your customer list. The email invites your customers to attend the show free of charge.
  • CREATE A MAILING LIST from your CRM of customers that have not visited your store in the past 6-36 months, have a lease that will expire in 3-12 months, or other dormant customers you would like to activate.

  • SEND OUT THE EMAIL INVITATION to your email list. (The association or other dealers never see your email list because you mail the invitation directly to your customers.)

  • CUSTOMERS SIGN UP for their ticket using a promo code unique to your dealership.

    • Customers print their tickets and attend the show.
  • YOUR DESIGNATED CONTACT PERSON RECEIVES A NOTIFICATION as each ticket is scanned at the gate.

    • These leads are HOT and should be contacted shortly after notification.
      • between 40 and 50 percent of auto show attendees are one-year intenders.
    • Leads can be uploaded to your CRM system
      • You can download your leads anytime.
      • We can also overlay big data to prioritize the hottest leads.
  • AFTER THE SHOW, YOU WILL RECEIVE A LIST of every person who signed up and every person who attended.
